Kutumba” panchayat is situated at Kutumba Block of Aurangabad District- Bihar. On 3rd December 2017 Kutumba Panchayat was declared open defecation Free (ODF) and it was the first Panchayat in the Block to have maximum number of primary. Middle and high schools.
